Tiered lanterns with a punch of color

You may remember that earlier this month, i posted a blog about some tiered candle lanterns i created for Clemente (if not, here's the link: http://scrappinginnovations.blogspot.com/2011/06/clemente-and-george-scroll-programs-and.html)
Since the candle lanterns are not "complete" when i ship them, it's hard to get a good and accurate photo of the final product unless they are sent by the couple.
Mr. and Mrs. Love send some photos of their lanterns in use-- and all i can say is WOW! i love the vivid colors of the lanterns. The bride used "aqua brites" lights: a white light for the promise, red for the hope and pink (which really is purple) for the love.
I am sure it made a wonderful statement and i am so proud to be part of their special day.

Again, congrats to the couple and thanks for sharing the photos!

Kristin and Stephen offset wedding programs

Kristin and Stephen elected to use our offset programs for their wedding. Using a champagne metallic paper as the base, black, light sage and "pink" ink was printed on the program-- the colors and fonts coordinated with their wedding invitations for a truly "tied together" look. The front cover included their names and the ceremony location with a beautiful script monogram as the background. Their wedding date was printed on the inner layer of the program, but due to the folding of the program, you can see it from the front cover.
The inside of the program included their wedding party as well as there ceremony order. The back side of the program showcased a very nice thank you note to their guests.

Congrats to the happy couple and best of luck to you both!

Julie Baby Shower Invitations

Once again, i had the pleasure of working with Michele- this time on a baby shower invitation!
The top layer is printed on matte white cardstock with the important information printed in the center of the graphic. The back layer is actually doubled up: the top layer is embossed with a small polka dot/circle graphic to give a white on white textured look and feel. The back layer is a flat white layer to give an extra layer of stability plus a pleasant feel for the invite recipient.
to add to the subyle details on the invite, wrap around labels were also created. With these labels, when assembled onto the sealed envelopes, the return address will be on the back of the envelope while the guest's names will be on the front. A delicate blue dot border was placed around the entire label. Matching fonts were also used for a coordinated effect.
White 5x7" invites were also included.

Congrats to the mom-to-be!!!!

Stephanie and Troy- Scroll Programs

Troy and Stephanie loved our scroll programs-- but we added some upgrades! Using a metallic/pearlescent  paper as the base to the program, the light yellow and Navy blue  printing accented the black text on the program.
Since they had so much info to included, these programs are double sided-- the front of the program included their names, wedding date and location on the top of the program (like the traditional scroll programs), whilt the wedding ceremonu order completed the front side. The back of the program feaured their names on the top and their wedding party and a heartfelt thank you along the bottom.
A light yellow ribbon was also included for the couple to roll their programs and hold the scroll shape for their wedding.

Congrats to the bride and groom!!

Lauren and Stephen Scroll Programs

Lauren and Stephen loved our scroll programs. Using a white matte paper as the base to the program, the red printing accented the black text on the program.  A red ribbon was also included for the couple to roll their programs and hold the scroll shape for their wedding.

Congrats to the bride and groom!

Clemente' and George Scroll programs and Candle lanterns

Clemente' and George loved our scroll programs. Using a white matte paper as the base to the program, red and light purple printing accented the black text on the program.  A red ribbon was also included for the couple to roll their programs and hold the scroll shape for their wedding.

Also included in their order were our tiered candle lanterns. Their theme was "love, hope, promise" so the three lanterns worked great. in addition to the words in English, we also created lanterns with those words in 19 other languages/fonts to distinguish between the different tables. Here are some photos of a few of the languages.
i'd love to see photos of the venue when these are set up with the varying colored LED lights!

Congrats to the bride and groom!

Dree and Jason Cootie Catcher Wedding programs

Dree and Jason elected to use our cootie catchers for their wedding. Using the Fairway green metallic paper as the base, the black fonts stand out in a beautiful combo of fun and functionality.

Each program is 8x8" in size and shipped flat. I also included a few folded programs to show the final product.

Congrats to the happy couple!!!

Rachel and Dean Baby Shower Invitations

I have been working with Casey since i first opened my Etsy shop in 2008. Soon after her wedding, i worked with Casey's friends Rachel and Dean on their wedding products. Now, i had the honor of working with Casey in the design of Rachel and Dean's baby shower invite! i love how we are all growing together!

Casey loved the look of the a baby shower invite she found online, but needed the color and theme tweaked- and that's where i came in! using blues, teals and yellows, i mimicked the look of the sample invite- and included a cute rubber ducky design to add to the theme of the party. A direction card was also included, matching in the same style/fonts as the invite to showcase how to get to the event, and the registry info.
White envelopes will be adorned with a wrap around label. (again, the idea suggested by one of my past clients, and Casey's friend!) the return address will be showcased on the back of the envelope while the front will include the "please deliver to" and the guest's address.

congrats to the mom and dad to be!!! and thanks to Casey for another wonderful experience! :)

Monique and Josh's double sided wedding program fans

I had the pleasure of working with Kathryn, a bridesmaid, to create the perfect programs for her brother's (and future sister in law's) wedding.

We used a cream cardstock as the base of the program, an ivory colored ribbon, and brown and light purple inks.
The front of the program included the couple's names and wedding date on the top of the program. The order of their ceremony followed. The bottom of the programs included a light purple flower (matching their wedding invitations) and a small thank you note to their guests.  The back layer of the program included the wedding participants as well as two light purple flowers on opposite corners. A light purple border was included on both sides of the program fan.
The handle was engraved with the couple's names and wedding date on the front side, and the ivory ribbon was the final detail.

Congrats to the happy couple!!!
