Scrap Challenge- ALMOST done pages

Every week i am posting a new challenge. let's get out of our scrapbooking "go-to-box".  Let's do less pinning and dreaming..... actually MAKE something.   even a little part of a project is better than nothing ;)

i am in the process of organizing all of my scrapbook pages/kits/ junks.... ( OH MY! )... and i came across SO MANY unfinished pages/kits- like i need to spend 10 more min on it and it would be done. whyyyyyyyy didnt i just finish it? i dunno... anywho...
this weeks challenge is to FINISH SOMETHING! grab one of those old "almost done" projects and.... (gasp!) finish it!
i know i cant be alone in this wink emoticon

finish it, post a pic, and then eat a cookie b/c you finished something and it can be crossed off your "to-do" list wink emoticon go us!

yup... i have ONE picture to glue on!!!!!!! Again, WHYYYY didnt i finish that a long time ago?? Oh well, it's done now!

Another one-- all i had to do was copy the program on top vellum paper and then attach some flowers

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: 

since my silhouette decided to STOP WORKING today  this week's challenge is to create something WITHOUT the use of a cricut or silhouette or the like. let's go back a few years in time when we had to use non-electrical scrap equipment ( feels like the stone age, right???).
show me what 'cha got! we can do it!

since i didnt have my cutters, i decided to work on organizing!
my project this week is organization. i am going through and finally putting pages in albums, finding out what i am missing. i started with 2011....im through September! i have a few pics to print, a few pages to do, a few to finish... but oh my word does it feel good to have a plan!!!!!!

My orange project was this cricut cut! 
i am in a swap group where i send 10 of the same items to a hostess, and then get 10 different items back... since i was working on a "music" theme, i decided to use Orange in my swap!

In a scrapbooking rut? join in my scrapbook challenge!

I know i cannot be alone in this "struggle" !!! i get into a scrap-rut.... i make the same kinda layouts for multiple pages in a row, use the same colors, etc. i rarely go outside of my "box"
Anyone want to join me in a weekly challenge? Each Monday i am going to create/post a challenge -- complete the challenge and then post photos!  if we held each other accountable, then we should be able to go outside of out box and (GASP!) craft! 

these can be applied to scrap pages, cards, crafts, or whatever you want.... just as long as we are crafting, then we are getting somewhere, right???

Aime's custom candle lantern wraps and place cards

Nothing makes me happier than a repeat customer! Sure, i love "meeting" new people, but when someone comes BACK to my shop, i know they really liked our products and customer service enough to use us again and trust us for yet another important event! That just makes me smile :)
Aime is one of those repeat customers!

A few years ago, i made her custom printed wraps for candles-- and this past month, i had the opportunity to do it again for a birthday party!  I'm so thankful she sent me pictures from her decorated table and is allowing me to show them to you!

We made/designed the wraps for the candles- i think they are a beautiful accent for their table decor!  The candles are also functional as use of a place card and party favor too!  i love when you can double-dip functional and fun together ;)
